The Minor Guardianship Advocacy Program is one of Legal Aid Center’s newest programs and it represents the first time that children have been provided a voice, through counsel, in their guardianship cases.

The information and resources provided on this page are intended for use by volunteer attorneys representing adults in a guardianship case through the Pro Bono Project of Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
