Saira HaseebullahDFS removed a newborn baby boy due to the mother’s extensive mental health issues and the father’s lack of protective capacity. The family has prior history with the Department, and other minor children have been removed from their care. At this time, this newborn baby boy is in need of an attorney to represent him. Next Hearing(s): Disposition Hearing on 7/2/2024 at 1:00pm and Permanency Placement Hearing on 11/7/2024 at 3:00pm in Courtroom 12.
