Saira HaseebullahA 4-month old baby girl was removed from her home by DFS due to concerns regarding the parents’ ability to provide for her. Both parents reported to be homeless, and there are also reports of domestic violence between them. Additionally, the mother has been diagnosed with pervasive development disorder. At this time, this baby girl needs an attorney to represent her. Next Hearing(s): Review Hearing on 8/13/2024 at 3:00pm and Permanency Planning Hearing on 2/11/2025 at 2:00pm in Courtroom 10.
