A 10-year old girl was removed from her home and came into the custody of DFS due to allegations of inadequate shelter, basic utilities such as running water and electricity were lacking in the home. There are also allegations of inadequate supervision, parental drug use and mental health issues. At this time, this young girl is in need of an attorney to represent her legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. Next Hearing(s): Review Hearing on 8/6/2024 at 3:00 pm and Permanency Planning Hearing on 2/4/2024 at 2:15 pm in Courtroom 11.
