A 7-year old girl came into the custody of DFS along with her two older siblings, who have a separate case due to allegations of physical abuse, sexual abuse and mother’s lack of protective capacity to protect the minor from the ongoing abuse. At this time, this minor girl is in need of an attorney to represent her legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
