Sabrina DolsonA 5-year old boy came into the custody of DFS due to parental drug use, parental abandonment, lack of resources and neglect to care for this special need child. At this time, this minor boy is in need of an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
