A newborn baby girl came into the custody of DFS due to her mother testing positive for amphetamines and marijuana at the time of delivery. There are also allegations of impending dangers present and the parent’s history of domestic violence. The parents also lack resources to provide for the minor’s basics needs. At this time, this baby girl is in need of an attorney to represent her wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
