A newborn baby boy was removed by DFS due to mother’s extensive mental health issues and the father’s lack of protective capacity. The family has prior history with the department and other minor children have been removed from their care. At this time, this newborn baby boy is in need of an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place. Next Hearing(s): Review Hearing on 5/9/2024 at 2:00 pm and Permanency Planning Hearing on 11/7/2024 at 3:00 pm in Courtroom 12.
