A 6-year old girl was removed by DFS due to parental substance abuse issues and homelessness. This minor girl is in need of an attorney to represent her legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place. Next Hearing(s): Review Hearing on 7/23/2024 at 3:00 pm and Permanency Planning Hearing on 1/28/2025 at 3:00 pm in Courtroom 10.
