A 17-year old girl was removed by DFS due to inadequate supervision because the parents were being arrested after a search warrant was conducted and methamphetamines and weapons were found. The parents rights were terminated in November 2022. However, mother appealed the decision to terminate her parental rights.  At this time, this young girl is in need of an attorney to represent her legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  There are five siblings on this case who have a separate attorney.
