Sabrina DolsonAn inmate has been in the custody of the Nevada Department of Corrections for much longer than required as a result of alleged improper application of credit for time served. As a result, he filed a 42 U.S.C. 1983 complaint alleging he did not get the proper credit for time served and has deprived him of his liberty.
