This inmate alleges that the staff at the prison failed to secure him in a moving van, which was involved in a T-bone auto accident. He sustained injuries from this accident, but the staff failed to provide him immediate medical care. By the time the inmate received medical care, his spinal injury progressed to the point where he needed spinal surgery. He also did not receive any post-surgery pain medication from the surgeon, leading to more pain and suffering. At this time, this inmate needs an attorney to represent him.
