Client executed a student loan agreement in the amount of $15,000. Then applied for to barber school. Client states that the school is in breach of the contract and committing violations. The school continuously makes threats of failing students if they do not comply with the demands that are outside the scope of the program. The school is requiring students to perform physical labor outside of the class room which has nothing to do with the barber program. The school kicked the client out our client when the client refused to perform manual labor outside of the barber trade and is threatening to send the client to collections. The client is ½ way through the program. Client would like assistance in voiding the contract and a refund of $3680 that he has paid.
