According to applicant, physician performed a series of injections on upper body shoulder area. Applicant states that the injections caused inflammation, damages to his rotator cuff, muscle tear, decreased in range of motion and nerve damages from the shoulders down to his fingers. Applicant states he no longer has strength to perform simple task. Applicant filed two complaints with the NV Board of Medical Examiners. The outcome investigation determined that physician did not violate any provision of Medical Practice Act, NRS 630. Therefore, the case remained closed.  However, applicant states the NV Medical Board of Examiners failed to properly review his evidence. Applicant is seeking for an attorney to provide consultation to resubmit a complaint to the NV Board of Medical Examiners to review further evidence and representation for medical malpractice against physician.
