Ninety-five percent of our pro bono appeals have oral argument before the Nevada Supreme Court or the Nevada Court of Appeals.

We currently do not have appeals cases. Please consider joining our dedicated panel of pro bono volunteers working on appellate matters, and we will send you a case when one becomes available. Our staff provides sample pleadings, mentors to help you prepare and moot your appeal, malpractice insurance, and free CLEs (earning up to four CLE credits per year).
