A sibling group comprised of a 16 and 3-year old pair of sisters and their 11-year old brother are currently in the care of Clark County Family Services (CCFS) due to reports of sexual abuse and apparent neglect. The parents of these vulnerable children have an extensive history with CCFS and were under investigation for similar causes previously. The father had been issued a no-contact order by the court for previous charges of sexual assault against these children’s sister, who is currently represented in the same matter under different counsel; however, CCFS quickly discovered the father frequently and consistently violates this ruling. At this time, these children require an attorney to represent their legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. The next hearing is on March 12th, 2025 at 10:15 a.m. in Courtroom 11.
