An 8-year-old boy and his older sister came into the custody of the Department of Family Service (DFS) due to physical abuse by his mother towards his older sibling. Their mother was arrested so no one was able to care for the children. The mother’s drug test revealed methamphetamine use. Their father is reported to be in another country. His older sister is represented by another attorney. At this time, this boy needs an attorney to represent his rights and wishes.
