CCFS took custody of an 8-year-old boy after his infant half-sibling suffered an unexplained head injury and 3-month-old rib fractures. The mother attempted to blame her son, even though the injuries could not have been caused by an 8-year-old child because of the amount of force necessary. The child’s father is incarcerated.
