Saira HaseebullahA 4-year-old girl came into DFS custody after parental neglect. The mother is incarcerated, and the father does not have adequate resources to provide basic needs for the child. He also left the girl home alone, where she escaped and was found wandering in the street by herself. At this time, this girl needs an attorney to represent her. Next Hearing(s): TBD.
