Two siblings, a 5-year old girl and a newborn baby boy, came into the custody of CCFS due to allegations of parental drug use, improper supervision, and physical and emotional abuse. The mother reported the abuse, as her drug use compromises her ability to care for the children. At this time, these two minors are in need of an attorney to represent them.
