A father is in need of an attorney to represent him as the respondent in this appellate matter as the children’s mother is attempting to modify their child support order. The appellant is currently job searching for employment, close to becoming homeless, and wanting to relocate with the child. She is in need of more child support from the father and has stated she believes his income has increased. The hearing master recommended a denial of the mothers motion for custody modification for numerous reasons and the mother filed an objection. The district court denied the objection and the affirmed the recommendation of the hearing master to deny the motion to modify the custody order.
