A mother is in need of an attorney to represent her as the appellant in attempt to modify child support order. The appellant is currently job searching for employment, close to becoming homeless, and hoping to relocate with the child. She is in need of more child support from the father and has stated she believes his income has increased. The hearing master recommended a denial of the mothers motion for custody modification and the mother filed an objection which is supported by the Family Support Division.
