A woman is in need of attorney assistance with obtaining a divorce from her husband. The client and opposing party have been in an abusive cycle for many years and share two children between them. The client has been the subject of a lot of physical and verbal abuse including being dragged, punched in the head, and constantly yelled at. There have been multiple TPOs and the client is the victim of a domestic violence situation that occurred in 2020 which resulted in the other parties arrest.  She now wants to escape this violent cycle. Next Hearing(s): No case filed.
