Dayvid Figler6-year old twins came into DFS custody due to allegations of inadequate shelter, neglect, lack of resources and drug abuse. The parents lack the ability to provide minor children with the necessary resources for their well being. These minor children are in need of an attorney to represent their wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
