16-year old boy came into DFS custody along with his five siblings due to allegations of inadequate shelter, neglect, lack of resources and drug abuse.  This case pertains only to this young boy, as his wishes are different than those from his siblings.  The father has no contact or provides financial assistance for minor.  At this time, the minor is in need of an attorney to represent his wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
