Two siblings, 8-year old boy and 5-year old girl came into DFS due to neglect, proper care, and circumstances that put threatened their welfare.  The father was involved in incidents of domestic violence with a person regularly found in the home.  The father was arrested for Battery Domestic Violence and is pending criminal charges in Las Vegas Justice Court.  The minor children reported witnessing domestic violence in the home.  As such, the children are in need of an attorney to represent their legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next Hearing(s): Adjudicatory Trial on 07/13/02023 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 13.
