14-year old boy came into DFS custody after allegations of sexual assault against minor towards his younger aunts came to light.  There is an open investigation under Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for subject minor.  The parents were aware of the allegations yet, they left him home alone watching his two minor siblings, whom were also removed.  At this time, this young boy is in need of an attorney to represent his wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next hearing(s): Plea Hearing on 03/22/2023 at 9:45 am in Courtroom 11.
