Group of siblings ages 17, 16, and 10 year old came into DFS custody over allegation of sexual assault of one of the father’s to 16-year old girl.   The sexual assault began when minor girl was eleven years of age and continued until recently reported.  Victim minor and older sibling disclosed the abuse to mother, whom failed to protect her and continued to allow the father to remain in the house and have unsupervised access to minors. There are three different fathers to the children and the perpetrator is the only one involved.  The other two fathers have no contact or provide any support for their kids.  These siblings are in need of an attorney to represent their legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, and visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
