Siblings group ages, 5, 4 and newborn baby boy came into DFS custody over allegations of physical risk and neglect by the parents.  The parents lack the ability to care for their minor children due to their drug use.  The mother admitted being engaged in drug use while pregnant with newborn baby boy.  The father was found with methamphetamine and a drug paraphernalia on his possession, which was within access of the subject minors.  At this time these minor children are in need of an attorney to represent their wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, and visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next hearing(s): Plea Hearing on 03/22/2023 at 10:00 am in Courtroom 13.
