4-month old baby boy came into DFS care due to reports of physical risk and neglect by the parens.  According to the report, both parents have history of drug and alcohol abuse and homelessness.  There is also history of CPS involvement and other children were removed from their case and placed in foster care.  The parents do not have adequate supplies or necessities and continue living in unstable situation.  This 4-month old baby boy is in need of an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next hearing(s) Review Hearing on 05/06/2023 at 3:00 pm in Courtroom 10.
