Group of three siblings ages, 4 and 3 year old twins came into DFS custody due to the mother’s inability to provide the children with proper care, shelter and other necessary care for their well-being. The mother was evicted out of their house due to non-payment of rent.  At the time of The Department’s involvement, she was found to be under the influence of an unknown substance. She did not have a plan or where she and the children were going.  The father is deceased.   At this time, these children are in need of an attorney to represent their legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  The next hearing(s):Disposition Hearing on 03/28/2023 at 10:00 am in Courtroom 10.
