Newborn Baby Boy came into the custody of DFS after both him and mother tested positive for drugs at birth.  The mother has an on-going open case with DFS for other two siblings; both siblings have remained in protective custody since removal in 2021.  The mother has not made any improvements or has completed her case plan in that case.  The named father has not established paternity of minor.  This infant boy is in need of an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next hearing(s): Plea Hearing on 03/22/2023 at 9:00 am in Courtroom 9.
