4 year old girl came into DFS care due to allegations of inadequate supervision.  The paternal grandmother was caring for minor and because of health issues, she is no longer able to care for the minor child.  The father is unemployed and doesn’t have stable housing.  The mother is incarcerated.  As such, this minor girl is in need of an attorney to represent her legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  The next hearing(s): Disposition Hearing on 04/04/2023 at 11:00 am and Adjudicatory Trial on 04/24/2023 at 10:00 am in Courtroom 13.
