15-year old boy came into DFS custody due to allegations of inadequate supervision by the adoptive mother/aunt. Minor boy is on probation for an open and gross lewdness charge and placed in an Eagle Quest foster home.  Minor has successfully completed his JSO program and the terms of his probation, but the victim in his case resides with adoptive mother.  The adoptive mother has not made other long-term arrangements for minor and he has no home to return to once his juvenile court case comes to a closing.  At this time, this young boy is in need of an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, and visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  The next hearing(s): Plea Hearing on 03/22/2023 at 11:00 am in Courtroom 10.
