A 10-year-old girl and her 8-year-old brother came into DFS custody due to ongoing domestic violence within the household. The mother was arrested and charged with Battery Domestic Violence. Neither father of the two children are involved and both have failed to provide financial or any other kind of support. At this time, these two siblings are in need of an attorney to represent their legal wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, and visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next Hearing(s): Disposition Hearing on 06/06/2023 at 11:00 am and Review Hearing on 08/08/2023 at 3:00 am in Courtroom 13.
