Newborn baby boy came into DFS custody after reports were made to the Department that the mother was homeless.  Mother does not have adequate resources to care for the baby.  Furthermore, she has a history of substance abuse.  The identify of the father is unknown.  As such infant boy is in need of an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next hearing(s): Disposition Hearing on 03/21/2023 at 11:00 am in Courtroom 13.
