3 year old girl came into DFS custody due to allegations of abuse and neglect. The mother experiences depressive disorder and suicidal ideations, which impair her ability to care for minor.  She was placed on a Legal 2000 around time of removal.  Also, there are incidents of domestic violence in the home between mother and mother.  As such infant girl is in need of an attorney to represent her legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next hearing(s): Plea Hearing on 2/28/2023 at 10:00 am in Courtroom 13.
