Newborn Baby Boy came into the custody of DFS due to drug exposure.  Infant is identified as being affected by fetal alcohol spectrum disorder by parental substance use and having withdrawal symptoms resulting from prenatal exposure.  Both parents have history with substance abuse.  At this time, this baby boy is in need of an attorney to represent his wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, and visitation and to ensure appropriate services, including educational services, are in place.
