A woman is in need of an attorney to help her obtain a divorce from her abusive husband. The two share a minor child and she would like sole custody. There is a long history of domestic violence including two TPOs. The opposing party was arrested for a domestic violence dispute back in 2021 and there have been multiple abusive incidents including him choking the client, pushing her down, and even running over her foot.
