2-month old twins were removed by DFS due to allegations of Sexual Risk against father and Physical Risk against mother and father.  Mother has an open permanency case wherein four older children were removed from her case.  Father is reported to also have an open dependency case with the department for concerns of physical abuse, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.  At this time these children are in need of an attorney to represent their legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. The next hearing(s); Calendar Call 03/21/2023 at 9:45 am and Adjudicatory Trial on 04/07/2023 at 9:30 am in Courtroom 11.
