2 year old girl came was removed by DFS due to allegations of mother’s inability to meet the needs of minor due to her alcohol/drug abuse. Also, mother has been diagnosed with seizures which only increase her ability to tend for infant when she starts drinking and using illegal drugs. The father left the mother with the care of minor, even after knowing she was unable to provide proper care.   This infant girl is in need of an attorney to represent her legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. Next Hearing(s): Disposition Hearing on 04/06/2023 at 1:30 pm and Review Hearing on 06/08/2023 at 2:30 pm in Courtroom 12.
