Newborn baby boy came into custody due to parent’s inability to provide the necessary proper care.  Mother has an open case regarding other three siblings.  Although there is a case plan and mother has been participating in services, she has not made enough behavioral changes and has not met the conditions for return.  Mother continues engaging in reactive behavior which is impacting her ability to make good decisions. At this time, this newborn baby boy is in need of an attorney to represent his wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, and visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
