Newborn baby boy was removed by DFS due to allegations of abuse and neglect.  At time of removal, both parents were found to be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, compromising their ability to care for minor. The parents have a history of substance abuse and extended history with DFS.  This baby is in need of an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. Next Hearing(s): Adjudicatory Trial on 03/30/2023 at 11:00 am in Courtroom 13.
