Two brothers, a 1-year-old and a 3-month-old, came into DFS custody after both parents were arrested for being fugitives from Carson City for kidnapping. Mother has also been the victim of domestic violence perpetrated by the father, but continues to maintain a relationship with him and allows him to reside with the children despite the abuse caused to her and the children. These boys are in need of an attorney to represent their wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, and visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
