11-year-old and 9-year-old brothers came into DFS care due to allegations their father sexually abused their oldest sister. This case is specific to the two boys. The father was charged and has a pending case. Their mother lacks the capacity  to protect the minors from the sexual and/or emotional harm posed by father. At this time, minor children are in need of an attorney to represent their wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
