Michelle Darquea16 year old teen boy came into car on our about 5/21/2022 due to his mother calling 911 and falsely reporting she has killed her son as she wanted him removed from the home. Mother is allegedly unable or unwilling to care for minor and will not allow him back into the home. It is also reported that mother uses excessive discipline when minor misbehaves. Minor is placed with fictive kin at this time. Next hearing(s): Status Check on 7/11/2022 at 11:00 am in Courtroom 12.
