Despite filing multiple requests for medical treatment and emergency grievances, an inmate suffers from recurring burning pain in his intestines and vomiting alleges Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC) does not give him the medical attention needed to address his medical needs. On one occasion, he was given Pepto-Bismol but it was insufficient. As a result, he filed a 42 U.S.C. 1983 claim alleging deliberate indifference to serious medical needs in violation of the 8th Amendment against NDOC officials. This inmate is seeking representation through the Federal Pro Bono Program.
