8 year old boy is the sibling to a group of 5 children who came into the system due to mother’s on-going substance abuse and mental health issues, which she has not addressed.  All five children are currently placed with maternal aunt, the other 4 minors want to be adopted by aunt and this minor boy has different wishes, as he has indicated he wants to remain with his mom.  Next hearing is a Termination of Parental Rights Trial on 3/22/2021 at 9:30 am in Courtroom 21.
