A five year old boy was removed from his mother and her boyfriend due to allegations of physical risk and inadequate supervision.  Mother and her boyfriend got into a physical altercation in the presence of minor.  The mother was arrested and the boyfriend was extremely intoxicated and has a prior domestic violence charge for battery against the mother who is also currently pregnant.  Minor boy has some speech delays.  Next hearing is a Review Hearing on 7/27/2021 at 2:00 pm in Courtroom 18.
