One year old toddler boy was removed from his parents’ care over concerns of serious domestic violence. Initially, the mother identified the father as the one who broke her ribs; she later denied it was him and claimed she was was jumped by multiple females after leaving the party.  Client is healthy, other than a diaper rash.  Records show a history of domestic violence, and the mother has no plan to leave the father.  CPS placed toddler with family.  Next hearing is a Disposition Hearing on 3/17/2021 at 1:30 pm in Courtroom 10.
